Church Planting Residency
Trinity is seeking a Church Planting Resident to join our team for a two-year residency designed to equip, mentor, and develop future church planters. As a resident, you will gain hands-on pastoral experience, engage in structured learning, receive mentorship, and build a launch team in preparation to plant a local congregation in 2028. This full-time role includes ministry rotations, preaching and teaching opportunities, leadership development, and participation in Trinity’s broader mission. Trinity Fellows Program
Feeling a call to ministry? The Trinity Fellows program is made for you! Our program is a one-year intensive for young leaders wanting to discern a call to ministry. As fully integrated members of the Trinity staff, Fellows will receive hands-on experience in many areas of church life while learning and growing spiritually and personally. Learn more and apply today! We are now accepting applications for the 2026-27 term, which begins in July. Applications are due by Tuesday, April 17.
Event Contractors
Trinity is always on the lookout for behind-the-scenes help for our events: workshops, classes, dinners, kids events, etc. We offer paid positions for childcare, event set ups and tear downs, running a/v, and more.
