Join us on Maundy Thursday for an experiential evening and dinner led by Hebrew language and Jewish culture expert Anna Beth Havenar. We will dive into how the symbolic foods of Passover picture God’s redemption and how Jesus is beautifully foreshadowed in the Passover story and celebration. We will journey from the story of the Exodus to Jesus’ last Passover (Last Supper) with his disciples. Learning how Jesus celebrated this feast will bring new insights into his identity as the Jewish Messiah, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. The evening concludes with an opportunity to ask questions.
The cost is $18 per adult and $9 per youth/child. Children in 2nd grade and up are welcome and encouraged to attend the dinner. Childcare is available for kids up to 5th grade. If the cost is prohibitive for your attendance, please feel free to use a discount code: “50OFF” to get 50% off.
The deadline to register is Sunday, March 22.
